Overview

The Business Advisor plays a pivotal role within Sales team. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential clients via phone, email, and meetings to understand their business requirements.
  • Present and explain products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.(Preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in team.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and client preferences.
