AMCA was established in 2010, primarily as an auditing firm. Our commitment to excellence & in-depth knowledge of the business has assisted us in establishing ourselves as a pioneer in the field. We have served many organizations in public and private sectors in our decade-long presence. Having started our operations in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, we gradually expanded into two additional locations; one in Abu Dhabi and the other in JLT DMCC in Dubai. In addition to this, AMCA is a tax agency licensed by the Federal Tax Authority.

Through the years, we have offered a wide range of services, including Auditing & Assurance, Bookkeeping & Accounting, Advisory Services, Business Setup & Liquidation. In addition, our services have recently been expanded to include Data Analysis and IT Solutions.

Mr. Abdulla A. AL Marzooqi

Mr. Abdulla A. Al Marzooqi, one of the partners of AMCA, is an FTA Tax Agent with CPA & ASA. He has over 30 years of experience in many leading companies across the United Arab Emirates. During this period, Mr. Abdulla provided financial advisory, business consultancy, system implementation and review, and internal and external audits to companies. As a result, the private and public sectors highly seek his services. Mr. Abdulla has also held positions in the Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi Police, Dubai Municipality, and Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority.

Mr. Tariq A. AL Marzooqi

Mr. Tariq A. AL Marzooqi is a highly qualified CPA, a multi-talented, versatile, and dedicated professional who serves as the partner of AMCA. He has over 18 years of experience in various businesses across the United Arab Emirates. Mr. Tariq has also held senior positions such as Finance Controller and Finance Manager in Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation (ADCO) and Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA).

Since we began operations in 2008, our organization has seen steady & progressive growth. Starting with 3, our organization today stands at 45+ dedicated employees. By the end of 2022, we plan to have offices in four other GCC nations & a 200+ employees strong family.
