Marketing Specialist

AMCA is looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST, preferably a female candidate specializing in company formation in the UAE. The ideal candidate for this role has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. In addition, they should be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy while thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will be required to work with the marketing team to devise and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for marketing & communications activities.
  • Must be able to Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools, and activities
  • Develop, coordinate and manage tactical marketing campaigns to support the strategies and achieve specific business objectives
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, course concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and admissions.
  • Ensure our brand message is solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, an online blog, and promotional material). Plan and coordinate marketing efforts and build awareness and positioning for our company's brand.
  • Analyze market trends, compare and track the competition, summarize findings and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations to the business enabling further business growth.
  • Plan and manage all production-related tasks such as Signage, Branding, Graphics, Collateral, etc.


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Must have at least three years of experience with a leading business setup company or freezone.
